What can we expect to experience or see around us as ego structures fall apart in the world?
If everyone started to overcome their egos, people would start relaxing more. There would be less hatred, less violence, less lies, and less deceit. People would be more kind to their neighbors, even to strangers. As egos started being broken down people would realize the futility of national borders, and might even start realizing that we're all one people. As ego gives way to simple existence, people would feel united, even when they were alone.
Something similar happened in the event called People's Power in the Philippines (1986) or the demolition of the Berlin Wall (1989). I agree the things you said are all possible. Thanks!
"As within, so with out ... As below, so above"
The tendency is that ego will become stronger, because anything along the entire length of all dichotomies can strengthen ego. You have to become exterior to those dichotomies to be free from the effects of ego.
The best way to do this is to help others and to love unconditionally. Take the "notice me" out of the equation.
Thanks, makes sense. With ego feeling threatened, it will find ways to strengthen its position more than ever. Good advice about unconditional love. I'd just like to add that to make this possible, we need to start with self then overflow to others.

To really drop the ego, Do you think it is possible the ego may feed off the concept of no ego?

If you are insecure is it unrealistic to expect your partner to boost your ego? Some very successful people never get over feelings of insecurity for no explainable reason. Many famous actors and musicians and others eventually turn to drugs and alcohol to mask their insecurity.

If the world began to rip apart around you, and you knew this was really it, what would you type...as a response to this question? I'd be like, "Oh, snap!"
